Apartment Rodriguez 2B is a great 2 bedroom apartment located in the historic center of Malaga. From the loft and from the terrace you will have a great view of the city.

Since the historic area of Malaga is mostly for pedestrian, walking around the city is great.  Many of the most important tourist and cultural attractions of the city are a few minute away.  In the area there are restaurants, bars and grocery stores.

The living room has a double sofa bed, chairs and coffee table.  One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other 2 bunk beds. The bathroom is modern and full of personality.  The kitchen has an open plan and it is fully equipped.

It also features A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, DVD, CD, flat screen TV, internet access and space to lodge up to 6 persons.

Private Parking is available.

Final cleaning cost 45 Euro. Additional cleaning upon request.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay

Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less than 7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the original booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the number of persons or the number of nights, then Malaga flat reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for the same or lower price.

Internet access: WiFi at 3 €/day. Monthly 30€.

Private Parking: 10€/day. Special rates can be arranged depending on length of stay.

Public Parking: usually 1.40€/hour or 22€/day. 

Late arrival (after 21:00): 25€
