There are two similar apartments making it possible for two families or groups of friends to stay close by.

If you want to enjoy all that Malaga has to offer, this is the perfect apartment to stay while in the city.  It is simply close to the most important sites in Malaga and in the vicinity there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and tascas to choose from.

These split level apartments have a double bed upstairs.  Downstairs is a sofa bed, a small dining table, very efficient and modern kitchen, a modern bathroom and all the apartment has parquet floors. It also features A/C, washing machine, internet access and space to lodge up to 3 persons.

Final cleaning cost 25 Euro. Cleaning services during your stay available upon request.

Confirmation of Reservation:  a deposit of 30 % of total cost

 Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay

Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less than 7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the original booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the number of persons or the number of nights, then Malagaflat reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for the same or lower price. 

Internet access: WiFi at 3 €/day. Monthly 30€.

Private Parking: 10€/day. Special rates can be arranged depending on length of stay.

Public Parking: usually 1.40€/hour or 22€/day. 

Late arrival (after 21:00): 25€
