Located in the heart of historic centre of Malaga, Studio Nosquera 4 one of those four (4) similar apartments which have slightly different decorations and are located in a recently renovated historic building.

The living area has a sofa bed, a small, well equipped and cozy kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower. These cozy studio apartments have kept the beautiful wooden beam structures on the ceiling; have parquet floor, internet access, A/C, flat screen TV, washing machine and space to lodge up to 2 persons.

In the vicinity there are plenty of choices for dining, enjoy a good coffee or a glass of sangria, or savoring the local tapas at a tascas.

Cleaning fee: 25 Euro. Additional cleaning upon request.

Confirmation of Reservation: a deposit of 30 % of total cost

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay

Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less than 7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the original booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the number of persons or the number of nights, then Malagaflat reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for the same or lower price. 

Internet access: at 3 €/day. Monthly 30€.

Private Parking: 10€/day. Special rates can be arranged depending on length of stay.

Public Parking: usually 1.40€/hour or 22€/day.

Late arrival (after 21:00): 25€
