Located in the heart of historic Malaga in a historic building, Studio Carreteria is a very cozy apartment very close to many of the city’s cultural, historic and tourist sites.  Of course the beach and the Mediterranean Sea, are less than 15 minutes walk. In the neighborhood there are also a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and grocery stores.

This one room apartment has double bed, a modern kitchen, a cozy dining table and chairs, a modern bathroom with hydromassage, a nice terrace and also features, washing machine, internet access (upon request), A/C, and can sleep up to 2 persons.

Means of reservation:  by deposit of 30 % of the total cost

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay

Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less than 7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the original booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the number of persons or the number of nights, then Malaflat reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for the same or lower price. 

Internet access: at 3 €/day. Monthly 30€.

Private Parking: 10€/day. Special rates can be arranged depending on length of stay.

Public Parking: usually 1.40€/hour or 22€/day.

Late arrival (after 21:00): 25€
