Apartments Zamorano Duo 1B (two similar apartments with a few decorative differences), are located in a modern building, just 5 minutes walk from the historic center Malaga. Both apartments have a great terrace, with table and chairs and a view of the Church of Trinity. Public transportation is close by. 

The bedroom has a double bed, night tables and great natural light.  The living has a sofa bed, a dining area with table and chairs.  The kitchen is very modern, spacious and fully equipped.  The bathroom is also modern. 

This is a great place to experience the local life of the city, while being very close to the historic part of the city.

Additional cleaning upon request 15 Euro.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay

Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less than 7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the original booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the number of persons or the number of nights, then Malagaflat reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for the same or lower price.

Private Parking: 10€/day. Special rates can be arranged depending on length of stay.

Public Parking: usually 1.40€/hour or 22€/day.

Late arrival (after 21:00): 25€
