Located just a few minutes walk from old town Malaga, the apartment is located in a modern building. 

The bedroom has a double be, and in the living there is a double sofa bed, a very nice and modernly equipped kitchen.  The bathroom is also modern and has a bidet.  The apartment enjoys a small and cozy interior patio with an additional table and chairs.

Just a few minutes away is Old Town Malaga with all of its pedestrian streets, filled with restaurants, tascas and cafes. The most significant tourist attractions of the city are within walking distances such as the Malaga Cathedral and the Picasso Museum. The building has a private garage.

Final cleaning cost 15 Euro. Additional cleaning upon request: 15 Euro.

Private Parking: 10€/day. Special rates can be arranged depending on length of stay.
Public Parking: usually 1.40€/hour or 22€/day.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay

Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less than 7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the original booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the number of persons or the number of nights, then Malaga flat reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for the same or lower price.
