Apartment Loft Pastor I 1B  is a nicely decorated, modern Malaga apartment located centrally, close to Plaza de Constitucion, Malaga's Cathedral, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum or the Picasso Museum. The balcony is overlooking a trendy street full of boutiques and restaurants.
The apartment comes with two double beds and a sofa bed within the nice living room having a balcony. There is dining table, well-equipped kitchen and complete bathroom hydro-massage shower . This apartment has air conditioning, washing machine and is suitable for up to 5 persons.

Final cleaning 25 Euro. Extra cleaning upon request: 15 Euro
Internet access: WiFi at 3 €/day. Monthly 30€.
Late arrival (after 21:00): 25€

Confirmation of Reservation: a deposit of 30 % of total cost

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay

Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less than 7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the original booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the number of persons or the number of nights, then Malagaflat reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for the same or lower price.
