Apartment Victoria 2B is a spacious two bedroom apartment located in Malaga centre close to major tourist attractions and public transportation. Restaurants, cafes, tascas and different stores are not far from here.

The apartment has access to a swimming pool on the top of the building, where you can enjoy the hot summer days. This apartment features a washing machine, kitchen equipped with cooking utensils. Both bedrooms have a double bed. There are 2 separate and complete bathroom, one with bathtub and the second with a shower cabin. Cellular internet modem available upon request.
This apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons.

Confirmation of Reservation: a deposit of 30 % of total cost 

Internet upon request: 3 Euro/day, 30 Euro/month 

Final cleaning: 25 Euro

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay

Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less than 7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the original booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the number of persons or the number of nights, then Malaga flat reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for the same or lower price.
