Apartment El Olivar 2B is located in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood on the ground floor of a villa, offering access to a community swimming pool.
Public transportation means are reachable within a walk. This apartment
has one large space so it is a loft type apartment. This flat features
a double bed, a double extensible sofa and a bunk bed while a patio
with table and chairs is also available. The kitchen has all useful
amenities as well as a washing machine. TV, DVD player are also available while internet can be requested if needed. This apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons.
NOTE: The bedrooms are not separated by wall only by curtains. This apartment has one large space so it is a loft type apartment.
Cleaning fee: 45 Euro. Additional cleaning upon request.
Confirmation of Reservation: a deposit of 30 % of total cost
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay
Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less than 7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the original booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the number of persons or the number of nights, then Malagaflat reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for the same or lower price.
Internet access: WiFi at 3 €/day. Monthly 30€.
