Duplex Carreteria 1B is a cozy, carefully decorated Malaga apartment located ideally for discovering the city. Since it is in Malaga's center the main tourist objectives are within easy reach.
The apartment comes with a washing machine and air conditioning while its terrace with table and chairs can be ideal place where to begin your day taking your breakfast. In the apartment the double bed is located on a mezzanine above the living room, which has a double extensible sofa bed. The common swimming pool of the building can be the perfect place to relax when you have finished roaming the city. This apartment with a hydromassage shower can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay
Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less than 7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the original booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the number of persons or the number of nights, then Malagaflat reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for the same or lower price.
