Apartment Reding 4B is a charming, newly renovated Malaga apartment located near Plaza de Toros and offering a breath taking view over the city and the sea. The apartment has two double and two single bedrooms most of them having a desk and chair. You could never imagine a more comfortable flat! Having brand new furniture, fully equipped kitchen and thee complete bathrooms you will really feel spoiled yourself, during your stay be that with friends or family.
This cozy apartment can be ideal Malaga accommodation for up to 9 persons. The 9th person will sleep on additional portable folding single bed.
Final cleaning: 45 Euros for 2 persons, each additional person pays additional 5 Euro
Internet access: WiFi at 3 €/day. Monthly 30€.
Late arrival (after 21:00): 25€
Confirmation of Reservation: a deposit of 30 % of total cost
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay
Modifications of the reservation:
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less than 7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the original booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the number of persons or the number of nights, then Malaga flat reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for the same or lower price.
