Apartment Isabel 1B is a wonderful, modern apartment ideal for families which is located at 1 minute walk from the beach in Playamar and at a few minutes from the well known beach resort Torremolinos, and very close to Malaga (approx. 12-15 km).
Nearby the apartment there is a common swimming pool which can be used free of charge.
The area is excellent, with many restaurants, shopping center and entertainment for all ages so this apartment can be an ideal accommodation for families.
The living room is spacious having a double extensible sofa bed and dining area as well as an open-plan kitchen equipped with all useful amenities.The bedroom comes with a double bed so this apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons.
Final cleaning 25 Euro. Extra cleaning upon request: 15 Euro
Internet access: WiFi at 3 €/day. Monthly 30€.

Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay
Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less than
7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the original
booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the number
of persons or the number of nights, then Malagaflat reserves the right
to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for the
same or lower price.
