Apartment Cervantes is a newly renovated (mid-2011) Malaga apartment located centrally and offering easy access to most major city sights like Cervantes Theatre, the birthplace of Picasso, Picasso Museum and Plaza de la Merced.
Discovering local cusine will be possible in all those restaurants, bars and tapas which are in the area. The cinemas of Malaga Film Festival are also nearby not talking about the plenty of shops and the beach Malagueta located at a 10 minutes walk. Public transport is only at a few step away.
The apartment has all useful amenities to make your stay in Malaga cozy and unforgettable. There is air conditioning, washing machine and well equipped kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Confirmation of Reservation: a deposit of 30 % of total cost
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay
Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less than 7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the original booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the number of persons or the number of nights, then Malagaflat reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for the same or lower price.
