Located in the heart of historic centre of Malaga, Studio Nosquera 1 or 3 are similar size apartments with slightly different decorations. They are located in a recently renovated historic building: Studio Nosquera 1 on the 1^st floor while Studio Nosquera 3 on the 2^nd floor.
In the vicinity there are plenty of choices for dining, enjoy a good coffee or a glass of sangria, or savoring the local tapas at a tascas.

The living area you have is a double extensible sofa bed, there is a small well equipped and cozy kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower too. This cozy studio apartment has parquet floor, internet access, A/C, flat screen TV, washing machine and space to lodge up to 2 persons. 

Cleaning fee: 25 Euro. Additional cleaning upon request.

Public parking is available close by.

Confirmation of Reservation: a deposit of 30 % of total cost

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay

Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less than 7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the original booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the number of persons or the number of nights, then Malagaflat reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for the same or lower price.
