heart of Malaga, on Plaza de la Constitucion, offering exceptional view
over this calm square. The apartment comes with washing machine and a well equipped kitchen with dining area. The bedroom comes with
two single beds that are attached to for a double bed. The living room
is simple and cozy with LCD TV and double extensible sofa bed. This
apartment can be suitable accommodation in Malaga
for up to 4 people.

Confirmation of Reservation: a deposit of 30 % of total cost
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay
Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less
than 7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the
original booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the
number of persons or the number of nights, then Malaga flat reserves the
right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for
the same or lower price.
Internet access: WiFi at 3 €/day. Monthly 30€.
Private Parking: 10€/day. Special rates can be arranged depending on length of stay. Public Parking: usually 1.40€/hour or 22€/day.
Late arrival (after 21:00): 25€
