Apartment Loft Pastor II is a
nice and cozy central Malaga apartment. The apartment has two double
beds, a single bed and living room with leather sofa bed as well as
dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped while there is a complete
bathroom too. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.
Final cleaning 35 Euro.
Internet access: WiFi at 3 €/day. Monthly 30€.
Confirmation of Reservation: a deposit of 30 % of total cost
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay
Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less than
7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the original
booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the number
of persons or the number of nights, then Malagaflat reserves the right
to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for the
same or lower price.
