Apartment Studios Hiniestrosa 1 or 2 are very nice one-room apartments located in central Malaga. Each
apartment comes with a double bed and a double extensible sofa bed.
There is a well equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom as well. Washing machine is also on your disposal. Each of these spacious and modern Malaga studios can accommodate up to 4 people.
Final cleaning cost 25 Euro. Cleaning services during your stay available upon request.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior the arrival: 20 euro administration fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the whole stay
Modifications of the reservation
If you reduce the number of nights or the number of guests less
than 7 days prior your arrival - the price will remain as in the
original booking.
In case of shorter bookings than 7 nights, if you reduce the
number of persons or the number of nights, then Malagaflat reserves the
right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better apartment for
the same or lower price.
Internet access: WiFi at 3 €/day. Monthly 30€.
Private Parking: 10€/day. Special rates can be arranged depending on length of stay. Public Parking: usually 1.40€/hour or 22€/day.
Late arrival (after 21:00): 25€
