Studio Lassallestrasse 11 Top 44 is a cozy and elegant studio apartment in the center of Vienna and located close to the metro and bus stops, to Stephansplatz and only 3 minutes from the Vienna International Centre.  There are several typical Viennese restaurants in the neighborhood.  The famous Hundertwasserhaus is less than 30 minutes walk.  
This very simple and cost-efficient apartment features entrance area with small kitchen-cum-living room, shower and washbasin (not separated by wall from the kitchen).
Living room/bedroom with single bed, settee/single bed, wardrobe, dining area, satellite TV. The toilet is separated by wall - see the layout of the apartment among the pictures listed below.

This apartment features free cable internet access and can sleep up to 2 persons.

The nearest bank is on the opposite side of the street and a tobacconist's shop (tobacco products, newspapers, car parking vouchers) is situated in the same building as the apartment, the supermarket just around the corner, another supermarket at "Praterstern", which is only one underground stop away, is open around the clock.

Internet upon request - at 1 Euro per day (should be paid for the entire stay).

*Check out cleaning free of charge, however other cleanings  upon request at 0.70 Euros/m²
**Change of towels and bed linens every 14 days, other changes upon request at 10 Euros/person.

Remarks:
*The check-in takes place at our office, unless you have requested airport/train/bus station transfer. After the check-in you receive the keys and you go to the apartment you have booked.

**Minimum Booking:
In the week before Easter and in the time around Christmas and New Year (Dec. 20 - Jan. 01.) the minimum booking is 5 nights.

Cancellation Provisions and Fees
Cancellation no later than 14 days prior to the agreed date of arrival is free of charge.
In the case of cancellations later than 14 days prior to arrival, Vienna Apartments shall charge a cancellation fee in the amount corresponding to the rate payable for three nights in the booked apartment according to our price list. If no deposit was paid, the amount shall be debited to the credit card indicated by the person booking the accommodation. If, on the day of arrival, the guest fails to appear at the time and place agreed upon without having phoned Vienna Apartments in advance, the booking shall be deemed cancelled and cancellation fees shall be charged.
You authorize the apartment managers to debit the costs of the first 3 nights according to the price list below, if you do not cancel your reservation at least in 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival.
The total balance for the apartment rental should be payed in cash at your arrival.
