Studio Apartment Lorenz Mandlgasse 62 Top 26 is a small and cost-efficient studio apartment in Vienna, located in a low-traffic area. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops as well as numerous "Heuriger", the traditional Viennese taverns where only their own wine can be served, and it is limited to serving a limited selection of food from a buffet. The apartment is close to the metro and tram stations. This apartment location will give you a great taste of Viennese life. It can accommodate up to 2 persons.

Close to underground station "Ottakring" (approx. 300 m), station of trams 46 and J around the corner (to go to the city center), 13 min. to Stephansplatz (city center).

Minimum Booking
In the week before Easter and in the time around Christmas and New Year (Dec. 20 - Jan. 01.) the minimum booking is 5 nights.

Cancellation Provisions and Fees
Cancellation no later than 14 days prior to the agreed date of arrival is free of charge.
In the case of cancellations later than 14 days prior to arrival, Vienna Apartments shall charge a cancellation fee in the amount corresponding to the rate payable for three nights in the booked apartment according to our price list. If no deposit was paid, the amount shall be debited to the credit card indicated by the person booking the accommodation. If, on the day of arrival, the guest fails to appear at the time and place agreed upon without having phoned Vienna Apartments in advance, the booking shall be deemed cancelled and cancellation fees shall be charged.
You authorize the apartment managers to debit the costs of the first 3 nights according to the price list below, if you do not cancel your reservation at least in 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival.
The total balance for the apartment rental should be payed in cash at your arrival.
